OPI (Overall Production Information) Solution

Production Information can be visualized on big Andon Display Board screens, on
standard PC or devices such as HMI’s, PC, PDA or Mobile Phone.
Our software development center is specialized on real time data collection,
processing and real time data basing. We are capable to develop our own
communication drivers for our software solutions such as OPC Clients, Ethernet
or Serial Protocol Driver for optimized real time processing.

Statistic PC Software
Solution
Around the Profit AmplifierTM Engine, additional standard or customer solutions
can be built For example, in Opel in Germany and Vauxhall in England - Profit
AmplifierTM Statistic PC Software – is used to collect and store vehicle process
data such as chassis ID-Number, Model, Type that was combined to provide
screwing results for angle and torque with actual and set points from over 30
screwing spindles and around a hundred different Screw Cases. Result data
monitoring, process data display, result data statistics, as well as graphical
reporting and data export were also part of this Profit AmplifierTM Statistic PC
Software solution.
The Statistic PC Software collects, in real time, Process Data from PLC
Controllers such as Siemens S7, Bosch Rexroth L40, Rockwell Control Logic and
Results Data from several Tightening Systems such as Bosch Rexroth SE300.
The Statistic PC Software :
• Joins Automation Interfaces with high level Software Standards and powerful
SQL Databases in 24/7 Production environment,
• Includes Real Time and History of Process and Results data storage in SQL
Database directly on the Statistic PC with approx. 12 months of historical data,
database can be remotely accessible in real time via SQL Connection,
