Profit Amplifier™ has a powerful flexible and cost effective data collection, visualization, reporting and notification engine. The intention was to build a cost effective standard Hardware and Software Solution such as our OPI (Overall Production Information Solution) based on our standard Profit Amplifier™ Engine.

Based on a powerful database system like SQL-Server, we have developed a Sub-Engine for data collection, processing, visualizing, notification and reporting.

The Profit Amplifier™ Engine data collection engine collects Data from different Sources and Devices such as PLC Controllers. The engines provide capability to visualize and enter Data from device such as Display Boards, Terminals, PC, PDA or Mobile Phones.

Notification services can inform immediately of production stops or other events via Display Boards, Strobe Lamps, Acoustic, Emails or SMS. The engines also process data in real time and automatically provide Reports and Statistics to any computer in the world.

What Modules has the Profit Amplifier™ Engine ?

 •  Data Collector
Collect Data from different Sources and Devices such as PLC Controllers.

The Data Collector reads and collects every necessary production data needed for operational visibility from different sources such as PLC or other plant devices. This component gathers accurate data from every production level: - particular machine, plant floor and/or throughout your whole enterprise.

The Data Collector then sends the collected production components on the database and stores the information for the later processing.

•  Data Processor
Process all important KPI data in real time, store real time information and history data in a SQL Databases.
The Data Processor managing module developed for reading and calculating the production data. It contains the important mathematics to convert collected raw data into understandable and useful information such as: OEE - Overall Equipment Efficiency, Part Type, Part Counter, Progressive Target and hidden productivity disturbance like downtimes, faults, potential problems...

•  Data Terminal and Data Viewer
Visualize and enter Data; Devices from Display Boards to Terminals, PC, PDA or Mobile Phones available.

The Data Viewer is an user-customized graphical screen made for displaying the performance information immediately available to all levels within the organization.

The indication of the screens can be monitored inside the company via the server, PC, Laptop, Display Boards and users can receive and monitor requested screens all over the world anytime via company intranet. In addition to the visualization of process data we offer you our special “Quick Response Screen”. This screen gives you an overview of your production process and informs you immediately about every problem, fault or disruption that appears.

 •  Explorer
Show Real Time data to any user connected on Internet. Set Shit Targets, Schedule and Part type.

The Explorer is working over Internet Explorer and consists several great features. Auxiliary to the line configuration, the user is able to receive the overview of the production line and plant data. Therewith it is very easy to compare production information such as OEE, Quantity, Downtimes in a specific time period between different lines and plants. In addition to the overview there is also the possibility to obtain detailed production information.

The another useful feature is the screen visualization, which can be occurred on the standard PC coexistent to other display devices. The settings configuration can be created individually and user can add, modify and delete shift schedules such as the number and duration of the shifts, breaks, shift targets and part types. There is also the opportunity to change the settings for current production process. The Explorer consists at an administration console which entitles only managers to change and modify production attitudes.

 •  Notification Service
Notify Production stops or other events via Display Boards, Strobe Lamps, Acoustic, Emails or SMS.

The Notification Service is the powerful function that informs you immediately about every current production fault or potential problems . It is able to identify the interruption and its location to every company level from the production floor, via color coded lights to the management via PCs, Mobile Phones and PDAs. In connection with our Andon Boards, Notification System includes color coded alarm lights to get the attention on the plant floor.

 •  Reporting Services
Automatically or manual requested Reports and Statistics.
The Reporting Services allows managers to obtain useful & various reports and charts. The user is able to analyze the received performance & production information with help of easily understandable views every where and any time. The Reporting Services combines text and graphs to meet virtually any reporting requirement.
