March 2009 - New Release of OPI (OEE) Software Version 2 on
Sales
We are proud to release our new OPI (Overall Production Information) Software to
our clients. The new Version implements a range of new feature and improves our
OEE Software even with more features to improve your efficiency or reducing the
downtime.
For example: we can show your product change over time on Display Board Screens
to improve the change over time to showing your operator the calculated time and
make the production aware about the time elapsed. We record in real time the
total and current downtime on our screens to visualize them permanent, show your
production the losses of production time.
Do you want know when your batch is ready to delivery, no problem we calculate
the batch finish time related to the current performance or downtime and show it
on our real time screens. These are only a few of our improvements we do, to
optimize your production and provide the real time information you need at
anytime anywhere you are.

Profit Amplifier™ Statistic PC Solution at GM/Vauxhall in
Ellesmere Port England
The Profit Amplifier™ Solution collects process data from a Siemens S7 PLC and
Result Data from several Bosch Rexroth Tightening systems SE300.
As part of a Model upgrade at the vehicle production facility at GM/Vauxhall in
Ellesmere Port, Vauxhall also upgraded the Statistic PC Software on the married
Line (merging of vehicle chassis with the engine and the wheels) which collects
screwing result data from Tightening systems to automatically monitoring the
quality of each screw point in a two shift 7 days a week production environment.
Our Profit Amplifier™ Engine collects and store vehicle process data like
chassis ID-Number, Model, Type and combined this information with screwing
results such like angle and torque with actual and set points from over 30
screwing spindles and around hundred different Screw Cases.c as well as
graphical reporting and data export are part of this Profit Amplifier Solution.
The Profit AmplifierTM Statistic PC Solution will be now extended with our
Profit AmplifierTM OPI Software Solution and installed in August 2008 at the
plant in Ellesmere Port GM/Vauxhall in England.

SPE International Ltd. our Branch in Russia starts to promote the sales and service of Profit Amplifier Products in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
The Automation Exhibition in November 2007, which SPE has joined, shows the needs and high interest of our product range as well in the Russian Federation, that SPE started into the Russian market earlier as planned.

01.04.2007, Released First Version of Profit Amplifier Engine
Profit Amplifier™ has a powerful flexible and cost effective data collection, visualization, reporting and notification engine. The intention was to build a cost effective standard Hardware and Software Solution such as our OPI (Overall Production Information Solution) based on our standard Profit Amplifier Engine.
Based on a powerful database system like SQL-Server we have developed a Sub-Engine for data collection, processing, visualizing, notification and reporting.
The Profit Amplifier™ Engine data collection engine collects Data from different Sources and Devices such as PLC Controllers. The engines provide capability to visualize and enter Data from devices like Display Boards, Terminals, PC, PDA or Mobile Phones.
Notify services can inform immediately of production stops or other events via Display Boards, Strobe Lamps, Acoustic, Emails or SMS. Additionally the engines process data in real time and automatically provide Reports and Statistics to any computer in the world.
