Robert Bosch is a customer with the larges number of installations of Profit AmplifierTM Andon Display Board and Profit AmplifierTM OPI Overall Production Information Software in one Plant. Currently we have implemented our system on over 30 Production lines at the Bosch Plant in Clayton Australia; inclusive our wireless notification system. In addition we have two installations of Profit AmplifierTM OPI Overall Production Information Software at the Bosch Plant in Hungarian.
All the installed system achieve productivity improvements and reducing of downtime, each of the Installation achieve as well a fast 'Return of Investment' for Robert Bosch and fully satisfied this installations and investments.

As part of a Model upgrade on the vehicle production facility at GM/Opel in Rüsselsheim, GM/Opel upgraded the Statistic PC Software on the married Line (merging of vehicle chassis with the engine and the wheels) to Profit AmplifierTM Statistic PC Solution which collects screwing result data from Tightening systems to automatically monitoring the quality of each screw point in a two shift 7 days a week production environment.
Profit AmplifierTM Statistic PC Solution
collects process data from a Siemens S7 PLC and Result Data from several Bosch Rexroth Tightening systems SE300.
Profit AmplifierTM Engine collects and store vehicle process data like chassis ID-Number, Model, Type and combined this information with screwing results such like angle and torque with actual and set points from over 30 screwing spindles and around hundred different Screw Cases.
Result data monitoring, process data display, result data statistic as well as graphical reporting and data export are part of this Profit Amplifier Solution.
Profit AmplifierTM Statistic PC Solution
is now extended with our Profit AmplifierTM
OPI Software Solution and installed in August 2008 at
the plant in Ellesmere Port GM/Vauxhall in England and will
be installed 2009 at GM/Opel plant in Bochum Germany as
well.

General Motors Holden Australia has two plants, one in Melbourne (where the engines are built) and the other in Adelaide (where the cars are built).
Reference of implementations
To collect and monitoring quality data from a camshaft in a two shift production in the Plant in Melbourne, Holden decide to use Profit AmplifierTM Engine to collect direct from a Marposs Gauge all needed quality data and store the necessary data's in twelve month SQL database. Via the data viewer the quality data can be reviewed and export if needed to a Q-Das format for further analysis.
