What are the features of the OEE Real Time Screens?
We have designed a production screen which is unique on the market and simplify
visualization to the needs without to miss information.
The real time production screen

can show up to six production stations multiplexed on one Display (recommend up
to three Station); this reduce hardware and software cost,
-
show production targets and build part counter, included differences; to now
where we are,
-
show progressive target to current build (how much parts should be build at this
time in reference to the planed efficiency and downtime such as breaks);
understand in real time what the current production situation is to correct the
productivity during the production,

show start time of started batch run and calculated finish time of the batch
(based to the planed efficiency and downtime in reference to the current
efficiency and downtime); be sure about the batch end time to manage the
production input and output,

show planned and current change over time; reduce the change over time to the
plan through indication of the elapsed time,

indicate break events and break times; make sure everybody go to the same time
in a break and indicate when the break is finished to reduce downtime,
-
indicate accumulated and current downtime; indicate the downtime to give
attention to the production to minimize downtime,
-
show current production status such as In Production or Machine Downtime or
Quality Request in a stations overview; indicate the production status to give
attention to the right people to minimize downtime,

shows running part type and
-
the date and time.
The Software provides an interface for own customized screen or simply changes
the standard screen to your needs. Our Screens are provides as open source
software and can be changed with Visual Studio free edition Version.
Note: All calculation taking into consideration
breaks, plannNote: All calculation taking into consideration
breaks, planned and unplanned downtime. Color coded Information indicate easy
the displayed information and screen information change in reference of the
actual event.
Additional screens such as work place safety screen has the availability to
indicate the information in regards to safety at the workplace. The visibility
of these images can have a specified time schedule or they are triggered by
specific events (e.g. Breaks, etc.). |
